Scentrix is an independent fragrance retailer/reseller. Brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Scentrix is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party fragrance brand unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Product Information

We do our best to display product names, sizes, images, descriptions, fragrance notes, and details as accurately as possible. However, packaging, bottle design, colors, labels, and product presentation may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates, screen display differences, batch changes, or product availability.

Fragrance performance may vary from person to person based on skin chemistry, environment, application, and personal preference. Descriptions and fragrance notes are provided to help guide your purchase, but scent experience is subjective.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Scentrix reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, description errors, or availability issues before or after an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Scentrix may contact you with options such as a refund, replacement, or store credit.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order with Scentrix, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders are not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted. Scentrix reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, product availability, or other events outside of our control.

Fragrance products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the carrier, product type, and destination. Some fragrance items may require ground transportation or other approved shipping methods.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Scentrix is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Scentrix is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery. Customers should make sure their delivery location is safe and secure.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, returns are limited. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact Scentrix within 7 days of delivery.

Opened, used, damaged-by-customer, altered, missing-packaging, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Scentrix.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact Scentrix within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide their order number and clear photos of the package, product, shipping label, and any damage. This helps Scentrix review the issue and provide the best possible resolution.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

8. Authenticity

Scentrix aims to provide quality fragrance products from trusted sources. Product packaging may vary depending on manufacturer updates, batch changes, supplier differences, or regional packaging variations.

If you have concerns about a product you received, please contact Scentrix directly so your order can be reviewed.

9. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, sales, and special offers may be limited-time only and may not be combined unless clearly stated otherwise.

Scentrix reserves the right to change, cancel, limit, or refuse any promotion at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has already been placed unless approved by Scentrix.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use the Scentrix website for fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse checkout, copy website content without permission, or use the site in a way that damages Scentrix, its customers, or its business operations.

Scentrix reserves the right to restrict or cancel access to the website if misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.

11. Intellectual Property

All Scentrix branding, website content, images, graphics, text, layout, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Scentrix unless otherwise stated.

Third-party brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for product identification and sales purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Scentrix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or products. Where allowed by law, Scentrix’s responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the product or order in question.

Customers are responsible for using fragrance products safely and according to product directions. Avoid contact with eyes, keep products away from children and pets, store products safely, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

13. Privacy

Customer information is used to process orders, provide customer service, improve the shopping experience, and communicate important order updates.

Scentrix does not sell customer personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed securely through the payment provider and is not stored directly by Scentrix.
